As a surf instructor who is always up for new experiences, trying out the traditional bolo do caco with garlic butter was a delightful surprise. The combination of flavors was unique, and the dish truly embodied the essence of the island.Moreover, the banana gratin with goat cheese was a revelation. The richness of the cheese paired perfectly with the sweetness of the banana, creating a harmonious blend that left a lasting impression. The restaurant's ambiance added to the overall dining experience, making each bite even more memorable.Exploring the different restaurants within the hotel was an adventure in itself. Each establishment offered a distinct proposition and ambiance, catering to various tastes.
