As a surf instructor who is always up for new experiences, trying out the traditional bolo do caco with garlic butter was a delightful surprise. The combination of flavors was unique, and the dish truly embodied the essence of the island.Moreover, the banana gratin with goat cheese was a revelation. The richness of the cheese paired perfectly with the sweetness of the banana, creating a harmonious blend that left a lasting impression.
